Those are My Own Recipes that I don't mind to Share Freely with all of You, and you can be sure that they are the Best of their kind, or I would not have put them here. Some of my Recipes are more recent, so there might be some minor changes at times, as I will always work to try to Improve on them. Just check the Date of the last Revision that appears at the top of each Recipe to find out if you have the most recent Version.

To succeed to do my recipe perfectly you must take extra care to use only the recommended quantity, Portions and Cooking Methods as suggested in my recipe. My recipes are the product of more then 40 years experience in the Culinary Art and they have been continuously improved and transformed trough out the years to be what they are now at the very best they can be. After that you will have done my recipe for the first time you will then be able to judge if you want to change them to fit your own taste or to leave them as they are.

So you will need Measuring Cups and Measuring Spoons.

Vous pouvez etre certain qu'elles sont les meilleurs dans leur categories ou je ne les aurais pas place sur cette page. Quelques unes de mes recettes sont plus recentes donc il est possible qu'il y ais des changements de temps à autres, car j'essaye toujours de les ameliore. Seulement verifier la Date de la derniere Revision qui apparaît au haut de toutes les recettes pour savoir si vous avez la plus recente Version.

Pour bien reussir toutes mes recettes vous devrez porter une attention particuliere à utiliser exactement toutes les mesures, quantites et Methode de Cuisson tel que suggere dans mes recettes. Mes recettes sont le produit de plus de 40 ans d'experience dans l'art culinaire et elles ont etes continuellement ameliores et transforme au cours des ans pour etre ce qu'elles sont devenus aujourd'hui au meilleur de ce quelles peuvent devenir. Apres que vous aurez fait mes recettes tel que suggere la première fois, vous pourrez alors par la suite juger soit de les transformer pour mieux satisfaire vos propres gouts, ou de les garder tel quel sont.
